These are the terms you agree to when you buy from this site. They are written plainly on purpose, so you can read the whole thing in a minute.

Prices

Every price on this site is in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus shipping when it applies.

If something is wrong with your order

These are food products, so we cannot accept returns once an order has left us. That said, we want you to be happy with what shows up. If anything about your order is wrong, damaged, or missing, email orders@dexshrooms.com and we will make it right.

Subscriptions

A Subscribe & save order renews on the schedule you choose at the discounted price, and it keeps renewing until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt, and you can write to us if you would rather we handled it for you.

Local pickup

If you choose free local pickup, in your cart for a subscription or at checkout for a one-time order, we will contact you by email or phone after your order comes through to arrange a time and a place in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
